VIRTUAL RESIDENTIAL UPDATE STUDY — PIERCE HOUSE

An on going digital design study exploring the renovation and phased updating of an existing residential property. The house and surrounding site were digitally reconstructed using Autodesk Alias 2026, providing a detailed environment for evaluating design modifications and proposed improvements.

The completed 3D model was brought into Blender 4.4 for material development, lighting, realistic visualization, and animation. The project demonstrates the application of automotive design tools and visualization techniques to architectural and residential design.
